1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification. Orders placed after the daily cutoff (5:00 PM IST) may be processed on the next business day. Processing may take longer during sales, promotions, or peak seasons.

2. Shipping Methods & Fees

• We ship via trusted courier partners selected based on pincode serviceability and speed.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
• Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping as part of limited‑time promotions.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro/urban areas: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Non‑metro/semi‑urban areas: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• Remote/out‑of‑delivery areas: up to 7 business days or more depending on connectivity.

These are estimates; actual timelines can vary due to logistics constraints, weather, strikes, festivals, or other external factors.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details (AWB/Tracking ID and link) are shared via email/SMS. Tracking visibility depends on the courier’s system and may take a few hours to update after dispatch.

5. Service Coverage & Restrictions

• Serviceable pincodes are determined by our courier partners and may change without prior notice.
• Hazardous, restricted, or temperature‑sensitive items may be shipped only to eligible locations.
• Delivery to PO Boxes or military addresses may not be supported by all couriers.

6. Undeliverable & Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated failed attempts, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
• In case of RTO due to customer‑related reasons, re‑shipping may require additional charges and confirmation of the correct address.
• If delivery fails due to courier issues beyond the customer’s control, we will coordinate re‑attempts or alternative resolution.

7. Address Accuracy

Ensure the delivery address, pincode, and contact number are accurate and complete at checkout. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. Incorrect or incomplete details can cause delays, re‑delivery attempts, or additional charges.

8. Damaged Shipments

If a parcel appears tampered or damaged on delivery, please record unboxing photos/videos and contact us at info@srtcfoods.in within 48 hours with your Order ID and evidence. Verified cases will be resolved per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier network disruptions, or regulatory inspections. We will strive to keep you informed and minimize impact.
