1. General Policy

As our products are food items, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy for reasons of hygiene and safety. Once a product is sold and delivered in proper condition, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return/Replacement Eligibility

A return or replacement is permitted only in the scenarios below:

• Wrong product delivered (different SKU/variant than ordered).
• Damaged or compromised product: broken seal, leakage, expired item, or physical transit damage.

3. How to Raise a Claim (Within 48 Hours)

Please email info@srtcfoods.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID and invoice copy.
• Clear photos/videos of the product and outer/inner packaging showing the issue.
• A short description of the problem (e.g., wrong item, leakage, seal broken).

4. Verification, Pickup & Packaging

Our team will verify details and may request additional evidence. If approved, we will arrange pickup or request shipping back to us (as applicable). Products must be packed securely and, where applicable, kept in original packaging to prevent leakage/damage in transit.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

• For approved claims, a full refund including applicable shipping charges will be initiated to the original payment method.
• Refund initiation timeline: typically within 7 working days from claim approval. Actual credit timelines depend on the payment gateway/bank.
• For multi‑item orders, refunds apply to only the affected item(s) unless the entire order is impacted.

6. Important Notes

• Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery are not eligible.
• We reserve the right to reject fraudulent, abusive, or unreasonable claims.
• Please retain unboxing photos/videos for 48 hours after delivery to expedite verification if needed.
• If Cash on Delivery (COD) is introduced in the future, refunds may require a bank transfer form; current prepaid refunds go back to the original source.
